Current Job Openings
DSP: Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting people with Intellectual Disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses with their activities of daily living. This may include meal planning and preparation, assisting with bathing, home care, and ensuring that the individual participates in meaningful activities within the community.
Employment Coordinator: Employment Coordinator’s assist people diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities in obtaining and maintaining gainful employment. This may include sourcing employment options, assisting with the application and interview process, and following up to ensure compatibility.
Job Coach: Job Coach’s support and assist people diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities with tasks associated with their employment. This may include advocating for the individual at their work site, assisting them with preparing their workstation, and supporting them while they complete their assigned tasks.
Program Manager: Program Manager’s manage the day-to-day operations of the residential programs. This may include staffing and scheduling, maintaining the program budget, as well as coordinating and attending medical appointments.
Habilitation Specialist: Habilitation Specialists assist people diagnosed with Intellectual Disabilities that live on their own within the community with learning new skills and maintaining their level of independence. This may include helping the individual keep track of their medical appointments and medication (no medication administration is required), teaching them how to prepare meals, and other activities of daily living.
Companion Specialist: Companion Specialists provide support to people diagnosed with Intellectual disabilities that live on their own with their day-to-day activities. This may include escorting the individual to medical appointments (no medication administration requires), grocery shopping, and other community activities.
