JOB TITLE:  F&B OUTLET SUPERVISOR (Lakeview Restaurant, Callaway’s and Beverage Carts)

JOB SUMMARY:  Manage the floor in all aspects of Lakeview, Callaway’s and Beverage Carts, assisting with scheduling, training and daily cleaning/ordering/opening and closing of all outlets. Watch payroll and working within a budget.  Paperwork, daily and weekly, inventory ordering product and banks. Provide efficient friendly service to our guests.  Prepare and serve food and beverage items.  Maintain a clean and neat Outlet. Act as a primary resource for all servers, bussers, and hosts.  Provide information regarding employees for manager to complete employee performance reviews.  Account for sales and all banks.  Strive to keep the guests happy and exceed their expectations creating an environment of friendly, efficient service.

REPORTS TO:  Outlet Manager


1.     Daily management assigning and supervising work of other attendants

2.     Maintain overall cleanliness, appearance of Outlets according to standards.

3.     Order all miscellaneous items, stock and display.  Keep inventory records.

4.     Stock banks weekly for the weekend business.

5.     Create floor plans and run each shift according to reservations.

6.     Complete all necessary paperwork at closing shift.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Basic arithmetic and good communication and guest service skills, ability to manage time. Ability to work in fast-paced and busy environment. Must have a valid driver’s license.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read write speak and understand English, keep basic records and do simple arithmetic.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of food handling and Micros POS system suggested yet not required.  Prior supervisory experience suggested, yet not required.  ServSafe Certification.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:  After completion of training have a safe working practice using all equipment and cleaning supplies.

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS:  Neat, clean, friendly, professional, organized, self-motivated and able to work efficiently without supervision.  Can make decisions to the benefit of the organizations and expectations of the guests.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:  Keys, cash and charges. Inventory and maintenance of all equipment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  Must be able to stand entire shift.  Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching.  Must possess ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and walking.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:  Schedule includes weekends, holidays and shift work. Occasionally some extended hours and night shifts.

HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED:  Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in careless manner.  Wet/slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
