REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOME CARE – POCONO FULL TIME

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures. Direct and manage the care of designated patients. Utilize effective and appropriate communication styles. Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and maintain clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Specialized Diploma Nursing, one (1) year recent direct care experience in a healthcare setting. 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

PA Registered Nurse License, BLS  valid PA Driver’s License and must maintain personal car insurance at PA State Minimum requirements.
